Jan has found meditation training to be a vital and necessary tool in response to the high-tech, fast paced society in which we live. Learning to control our thoughts, disconnect from stressful situations, tap into our creative resources and bring balance to our interior world helps to bring about harmony in our outer world as well. A few of her corporate meditation clients have included: Cap Gemini Ernest & Young, St. Anthony’s Hospital, and THF Realty. She also provides stress management training through local employee assistance programs.
